Managing DirectorDriven by a passion for improving the cleaning and facilities industry Andrew started the company back in 2008 , since then Andrew has grown the business through hard work and determination, Overseeing daily operations and marketing fill Andrews days but there is always time to ensure service standards are maintained for clients.
Described by his team as approachable and motivational, Andrews lengthy experience in the industry leads the way for his staff to provide a five star service at all times.
A keen sports enthusiast and football player , Andrew demonstrates the co-ordination required on the AstroTurf in all aspects of his business.
Quality time with family and involvement in charity fundraising also play a major part in Andrews downtime , he is currently arranging a fun day for a local special care baby unit.
Ellie is a determined young proffessional, versatile and confident she is currently forging a career in Marketing at SEFM Ltd putting to good use the knowledge she learned whilst studying at Canterbury College.
Daughter of company director Andrew, she shares the same passions for good service and customer satisfaction.
During education Ellie took part in a Sports Leader Award scheme involing co-ordinating activities for young learners and supervising children in a variety of events, thus allowing her the realisation that adapting inter-personal skills is extremley important. Definitely one to watch for the future!
When Scott joined the team in 2011 he had already been working within the industry for a number of years. Working to a high standard within a variety of different sectors Scott picked up much expert / specialist knowledge, in-particular Scott learned to use a number of cleaning machines; including a scrubber dryer and the buffer machine.
Fast forward to 2015 and Scott now puts his years of experience to good use as company supervisor, maintaining standards and providing staff training and on-going support. Scott is a real credit to the company.
Evening Operations Manager
After a recent move back to East Kent, Karla has joined the team following a career in government spanning 30 years.
Highly motivated and very well driven with excellent people skills, Karla is extremely well placed to help drive forward the operational running of the company. Maintaining high standards of cleaning alongside training and support , Karla is already putting her own unique stamp on this key area of the business, ensuring the continued success of the services we deliver.
In her spare time, Karla loves cycling and swimming and spending time with friends and family.
Approachable and outoging Kerry has many years experience working in a diverse range of industries. This has given Kerry the perfect skillset for being a success with SEFM.
Kerry’s priority role here at SEFM is to look after our most valuable asset, our people! Kerry is the all important glue strengthening the bond between staff, HR and management, helping to maintain an outstanding and professional workforce.
